Symbol sings "Jeremy" and quotes "Rainman."

symbol
Symbol has a theme song but you'll never hear it on WZOK or WXRX, two of the city's worst influential radio stations. You'll often hear Symbol repeatedly crying out of tune out over the river, "Jeremy spoke in class today, BAM, the future of rock n roll!" A valiant melody to one of Rockford's favorite (horrendous) rock bands, Pearl Jam, and the masterpiece movie, Rainman, starring Dustin Hoffman, Sir Thomas Cruise Derby and Reggie Railroad Reynolds. Symbol told the city in the 1990s, "One day, Jeremy won't speak in class today and that awful Pearl Jam song will go away." Ha ha ha. Symbol is trying to get Pearl Jam banned from Rockford radio by singing it everyday to annoy the poor people.
